How can I confirm my order is placed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will come on to a confirmation page displaying an Order ID, listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. Additionally, you will receive an Email and SMS confirming your order. You can also visit the 'My Orders' section on the desktop website or mobile website to check the status of your order.

How to place an order?

To place an order, kindly follow the be low steps
  • Step 1: Find your item. Search for specific items or browse by department.
  • Step 2: Add items to your cart. Adjust the item quantity by using the + or - buttons. You can add items to your cart without signing up for a dosty account. You’ll need an account to check out.
  • Step 3: Review your cart. You can check what’s already in your cart by selecting the Cart icon. You can also view your item total, adjust quantities, or remove items from your cart.
  • Step 4: Confirm your order details. When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and select the Go to Checkout button. You may need to enter your email address and select Create Account if you don’t have a dosty account yet.
  • Place your order. Add a delivery address and payment information, then place your order. Your order will be on its way in no time.
How long it will take to Ship my order ?
We currently only ship items in India. Our vendors usually ship the orders within 3 to 4 business days. (Due to covid these timelines may vary). Please note that these orders need to adhere to some quality standards before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

How long it will take to deliver my order ?
Orders normally arrive within 3 - 4 working days after shipping (Due to covid these timelines may vary)
Once an order leaves our seller's warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.
If your package is returned to our facility due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 2 business days, we hold the right to refund your order.

Can i track the status of my order?
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. Please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update.
